My name is Lee. I don't live in Forney, and that's actually the point.

A couple of years ago I started noticing a pattern in smaller Texas markets. Homeowners searching for HVAC help were getting routed through big lead aggregators like Angi and HomeAdvisor, paying for multiple companies to call them at once, and still having no good way to know which contractor was actually worth trusting.

Forney was a perfect example. The market had grown fast, there were some genuinely excellent local contractors operating there, and almost nobody outside the neighborhood knew about them.

So I did the research.

I spent weeks going through Google reviews, Nextdoor recommendations, BBB accreditation records, and live TDLR license data from the state of Texas. I wasn't looking for the most advertised contractors. I was looking for the ones homeowners kept recommending to their neighbors.

The result is a network of 10 vetted contractors, all with active TDLR licenses, minimum 4.7-star Google ratings, and verified insurance. Every contractor in the network earned their spot through their record, not through a check.

What I built:

A free matching service. You describe your situation, I match you with the right contractor for your specific job. Not a list of five companies competing for your business. One match, within an hour, from someone who has already done the vetting.

No fees to homeowners. Contractors pay for qualified referrals.
